Attractions: Longboat Key is rich in high-end boutiques and five-star restaurants making it an ideal destination for vacationers who like their beach getaway on the swankier side. As a barrier island to the town known as the area's "cultural capital", an assortment of entertainment options can be found at nearby Sarasota where attractions and activities abound for all age groups.
