This is a corner unit with an extended balcony, extra windows and sliding glass doors for a nice, light and bright ambience. The living room has a matching couch and loveseat and an entertainment unit with flat screen television. In the dining area there is a pretty wood dining table with seating for four to six. The kitchen has new cabinetry and counters (2010) and a pass-thru to the dining area, making entertaining easy. The master bedroom has floor-to-ceiling windows facing the Gulf with a beautiful view! There is an open lanai with an outdoor dining table with seating for four. All in all, a really nice unit with newer furnishings and decor and gorgeous beach and water views!
